Definitions

In this agreement, the following terms are used with initial capital letters. These terms are understood to mean:

Event Organizer: Party that organizes an event and sells tickets for entry through the In2events platform.

Event: Organized event, including but not limited to performances of an artistic and/or sporting nature, theater, theater, or music performance, concerts and/or other gatherings. As well as B2B events, shows, seminars or meetings.

User: Natural or legal person who uses the platform of the Event Organizer in any way for the event that it organizes.

In2events: A trade mark of In2events CommV with company number in application and its registered office in Prattenborgplein 13, 3270 Scherpenheuvel in Belgium. Whose general conditions always prevail.

Store: The platform of In2events that makes it possible for user to order and/or book tickets at Event Organizer.

Ticket: Entrance ticket to the event organized by Evenementorganisator.

General Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions for the use of the platform; Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights and related rights, such as copyright, trademark law, patent law, design law, trade name law, database law and related rights, as well as rights to know-how and one-line performance. These can be found in Annex to this General Agreement.

Location: The place(s) where the event is held.

Processing costs the costs that In2events charges to user and Evenementorganizer for the use of the platform.

Terms & Conditions

Store & Tickets

The use of the platform allows the user, subject to the availability of articles and the restrictions determined by the Event Organizer, to reserve one or more Ticket(s) for the offered Events in the Store and the receipt of such.

The platform that makes it possible to purchase a Ticket from an Event Organizer thus only takes care of the ordering process of the Tickets. The agreement for the purchase of the Tickets is therefore concluded between the user and the relevant Event Organizer. In2events acts as an intermediary only and has no link with the purchase agreement between user and Event Organizer. These Terms and Conditions therefore only refer to the use of the Event Organizer's Store.

The Store allows the user to reserve one or more Ticket(s) until the date determined by the Event Organizer, or until the available quantity is exhausted.

Except in the case of expressly conflicting communications, the reservation of Ticket(s) implies the user's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

In2events accepts no liability whatsoever for any errors in the orders of Tickets, for example with regard to the number of Tickets and/or the type of event. It is not possible to cancel or exchange tickets at In2events. With respect to these issues, In2events refers to the Event Organizer as the responsible and seller of the Ticket.

In2events does not warrant that the Store will be accessible at any time without interruption or interference. Malfunctions may occur partly, but not exclusively, as a result of malfunctions in the Internet or telephone connection or by viruses or errors/defects. In2events shall in no way be liable or liable for damages to either User or Event Organizer for any damages resulting from or resulting from the (temporary) unavailable or (interim) loss of the Store.

In2events is entitled, without prior notice and without thereby becoming liable to damage to User or Event Organizer, to (temporarily) suspend the Store and/or limit its use if it is necessary in its opinion, for example in the context of reasonable maintenance of the Store.

In2events is entitled to make procedural and technical changes and/or improvements to the Store without prior notice.

The information about Tickets and Events, including information about the availability of Tickets as well as the dates, changes and cancellations of Events, is provided by the Event Organizer and not In2events. In2events has no influence on this, no legal liability and cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. In2events therefore accepts no liability for any damage suffered by the user as a result of the unavailable of Tickets and/or otherwise incorrect and/or erroneous information from Event Organizer. In2events also accepts no liability for damage caused by cancellation or postponement of an event as well as the quality of the event and/or the location where the event is held.

At the latest within 7 working days after receipt of the payment, the user will receive the tickets via a link sent via e-mail. The user is expected to print these tickets on white paper and to keep them carefully. Upon request, he must submit it to the event.

Electronic communications shall be deemed to have been received within 7 working days of dispatch, unless the recipient proves otherwise. If the communication has not been received due to delivery and/or accessibility problems related to the user's e-mail box, this is at the risk of the user, even if the e-mail box is located at a third party.

If the Tickets have not been received by the User within 7 working days, the User must contact In2events in writing (by letter or email) (info@In2events.be). After the expiry of the said period, In2events assumes that the user has received the Tickets in good order.

Payment

The Store accepts a variety of payment methods. Payment method availability may vary by event and time.

The user is responsible, in any case, for the execution of the payment and the data associated with it.

User will pay for the Ticket the prizes specified by the Event Organizer as stated in the Store. For the use of the Store, processing fees are charged in addition to the price set by the Event Organizer for a Ticket.

Processing costs may vary based on the way and time of purchase. All costs will be shown with the order. No charges other than those shown will be charged.

The price quoted on the Store at the final statement includes all taxes and charges.

The user is responsible, in any case, for the execution of the payment and the data associated with it.

The price quoted on the Store at the final statement includes all taxes and charges. The user must make these available to the organization through the options offered during the ordering process. When this payment is made by direct payment (examples are Visa, Mastercard, …), the user grants permission to In2events or his Partner(s) to make this payment and transfer it to In2events or the Evenementtorganisator.

Prices in the Store include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are subject to change without notice. The price mentioned in the order process is binding.

In2events is committed to preventing all possible forms of deposit, fraud and fraud, as well as to avoid any discrimination in connection with the access and use of the Store. Taking this into account, the Evenementtorganisator and In2events reject any responsibility if the user does not pay, or if the user transfers incorrect data at the time of reservation of one or more Ticket(s).

Event

Only the ticket holder who first shows the Ticket at the start of the event will be given access. In2events cannot be considered an Event Organizer and is therefore not responsible for and does not guarantee the quality and content of the event and the conduct of business in or around the venue and/or cancellations and assumes no liability whatsoever on the basis of this information. In2events can never be held liable for any damage caused by death, injury, accidents, injuries, losses, Damage or theft caused by the user prior to, during or as a result of a visit to the event or location. User accepts that the use of Tickets as well as access to Events may be subject to further terms and conditions of Event Organizer. In2events is not responsible for these terms and conditions and therefore accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage suffered by user as a result of the terms and conditions. The Event Organizer, Site Holder, Security Staff and/or Police may search and seize the user's possession of unauthorized objects prior to the event, upon authorization or suspicion. If the requested permission is not granted, the Event Organizer, the security personnel and/or the police shall have the right to deny the access to the data subject. Items seized will be returned to the owner at the end of the event, as far as possible, unless prohibited by law. The Event Organizer and the Location Holder reserve the right at all times to deny visitors access to the venue and the event, on the basis of an internal regulations.

The Event Organizer and the Location Holder reserve the right at all times to (have) record images and/or sound recordings of the event. The user declares himself known and agrees with the foregoing and already waives the right to oppose the use of his portrait/likeness in the context of the publication and reproduction of the said recordings.

Right of renunciation

The right to cancel is not applicable since the service, or the reservation of the tickets, is executed immediately.

Cancellation, dissolution and cancellation

There is no interim termination of the agreement to use the Store.

If and to the extent that the event is canceled by the Event Organizer or by the Location Holder, the Event Organizer will never reimburse the user more than the ticket price, provided that the Event Organizer has been demonstrated to comply with the Event Organizer through the store. No reimbursement will be made for the processing costs and possibly any additional costs paid by the user for the store's services. In such case, the Evenementtorganisator and In2events never accept liability for any (un)expenses and/or expenses incurred directly or indirectly and/or any other damage that the user may suffer. The Evenementorganisator can choose one-sided to convert the tickets from a cancellation or discontinuance into vouchers for a next event in function of availability.

In2events reminds the user that the Store is related to leisure activities and that the right of withdrawal / withdrawal is not applicable.

In the event of dissolution, the Store's performance and the related obligation to pay shall not be subject to cancellation.

Without prejudice to the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, In2events shall have the right to terminate the Agreement to Use the Store immediately, without the intervention of the courts and without being liable to damage to the User, and to cancel any reserved Tickets, If the user does not fulfill his commitments or the user has committed fraud in the opinion of In2events, has provided false payment information, withdraws a payment or if In2events otherwise finds irregularities.

Information provided and privacy

During use of the Store, user will provide (personal) data to In2events. These (personal) data will be stored and processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and will not be provided to third parties without prior authorization unless In2events is required by law or in defense of its rights. See Privacy Policy.

If the user expressly consents to this, this data is used for commercial purposes, including processing for direct marketing purposes. Such processing shall also be carried out by third parties. The user has the right to oppose processing for commercial purposes and direct marketing purposes. At the user's first request, In2events will terminate this processing immediately.

Liability

User indemnifies In2events against claims of third parties based on the claim that the activities performed by user through the Store are in any way unlawful.

In2events accepts no liability whatsoever for damages resulting from the delivery of the Store or from tort or otherwise, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

To the extent that In2events is liable for damages as referred to in the preceding article, the amount of the damages shall be limited to the processing costs charged for the use of the Store.

User indemnifies In2events against all claims of third parties, by reason of which, in respect of compensation for damages, costs or interest, relating to or resulting from its irregular use of the Store and/or a violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or any other rights of third parties.

However, this limitation of liability of In2events does not aim to exclude the liability of In2events for the intent and/or deliberate recklessness of In2events ("own actions") itself and/or its managerial subordinates. If and insofar as In2events cannot fulfill its obligations toward the user in whole or in part as a result of force majeure, the user cannot derive any right to compensation from it. Force majeure includes: War, war and riot, obstructive measures by both domestic and foreign governments, death of one or more members of the Royal House or governments, serious calamities, fire, pandemic, disease & epidemic strikes, failure of and damage to equipment and equipment of control systems, Congestion / strike of transport, flooding, exclusions and sabotage and in general all unforeseen circumstances both at home and abroad, as a result of which compliance with the General Conditions can no longer reasonably be required of In2events. In2events accepts no liability for loss or damage of Tickets by the user for any reason whatsoever. Therefore, from the moment the ticket is made available to the user, the user is at risk of loss, theft, damage or misuse of the Ticket. In2events accepts no liability whatsoever for the purchase and delivery of Tickets that do not take place at In2events. In2events also accepts no liability whatsoever for General Terms and Conditions which, whether or not at the user's request, are not wholly settled by In2events and in which a third party, such as a cash register at the site, is directly or indirectly involved. To the extent that In2events's liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the liability of the subordinates and/or auxiliary personsof In2events.

Applicable law and powers

The user accepts that the use of Tickets as well as access to Events may be subject to further terms and conditions of Event Organizer. In2events is not responsible for these terms and conditions and therefore accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage suffered by user as a result of the terms and conditions.

If any of the General Terms and Conditions were found to be null and void or partially unenforceable, the remaining General Terms and Conditions will not be affected by this and will remain in full effect, less the disputed clauses to the extent that this is possible.

In the event of a dispute, only the Commercial Court of Louvain, Belgium, has jurisdiction with a procedure in the Dutch language and only Belgian law applies.
